This position is responsible for driving learning and engagement initiatives in the organization, aimed at enhancing employee productivity and building a strong, development-focused culture. The role involves designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs, along with leading employee engagement activities.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Design learning programs
based on identified gaps.
- Create effective training
content using various media and methods.
- Prepare pre- and
post-training materials, including handouts and assessments.
- Customize internal training
modules and coordinate with external partners.
- Conduct virtual and
in-person training sessions across employee levels.
- Coach managers to cultivate
a development-focused team culture.
- Plan and execute the annual
employee engagement calendar in collaboration with Regional HR.
- Develop communication
strategies to promote L&D and engagement initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and
enhance training effectiveness based on feedback.
Skills

- Excellent verbal and written

- Strong presentation and
facilitation abilities.
- Familiarity with multimedia/digital
learning platforms.
- Ability to engage learners
and ensure content retention.
- Proficient in digital tools
for content creation and delivery.
- Self-motivated, creative,
organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
