Job description
Perform preventive maintenance, inspect network health, and
ensure uptime.
Leverage remote visual assistance and AR tools to support
customers or junior techs, reducing unnecessary dispatches.
Work with dispatch and network operations to plan and
conduct single roll fixes minimizing re?rolls by ensuring the right parts and
personnel are deployed.
Coordinate complex deployments or upgrades with engineering,
PMO, and NOC teams.
Escalate issues promptly and lead junior staff or
contractors to ensure quality resolution.
