Description:
Candidate must have 4+ years of experience as recruitment
Candidate must have experience in end-to-end recruiting,
with a focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced
environment.
Must have proven success in identifying and attracting
talent for various roles.
Candidate should have strong experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Candidate must have experience in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Candidate must have previous experience working in a fast-growing or tech-driven organization is a plus.
Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively.
Candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Candidate should be able to Data-driven with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.

End to End Recruiting responsibility, which involves
requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary
discussion, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and advanced tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
Partner with the hiring managers to understand their expectations regarding the quality, quantity, cost & time.
Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on candidate pipeline status, diversity, and recruiting efficiency.
Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by Manager, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.
