Job description
Handling end to end construction projects from planning,
designing, budgeting, execution to completion of construction.
Ensuring that office spaces are built to the highest
standards, on time, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines,
budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution
Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers,
and lead the construction team.
Oversee the project progress, conduct regular site
inspections and ensure all the quality control procedures and regulatory
requirements are met.
Proficiency in construction management software and
knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials.
