FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Job description
Oversee all facilities management operations, including
maintenance, cleaning, office environment, and safety protocols.
Lead office relocation, expansion, and redesign initiatives
in accordance with business needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and
environmental sustainability practices across all facilities.
Develop, manage, and optimize the regional facilities
management budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
Forecast and manage capital expenditures (CAPEX) and
operational expenditures (OPEX) related to facilities operations.
Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and certifications
