Job description
Overall Admin and
Facility management.
Manage Facilities
management tool on allocation and release of seats
Proactive approach to
Future seat requirements at project level.
Interact with SCM
team towards procurement, Purchase order and Payment release.
Maintaining EM,
Housekeeping staff and effective utilization of the staff.
Interaction with
vendors on external audits in line with labour laws
Interaction with the
builders towards the upkeep of facilities.
Cost optimization
towards various EM and Admin procurements.
Interaction with HR
and process leaders towards upcoming events.
Evaluate periodically
the employee performance and rate them accordingly.
Interaction with EHS
team towards Environment Management System.
Interaction with
Legal team on various Legal compliances
Rapport with
stakeholders to address the needs with respect to admin facilities.
Coordination with
Real estate team on new facilities occupancy – Exit Old facilities and
interaction with them on status quo and new requirements.
