Job description
Senior Human Resource Business Partners serve as strategic business partners who collaborate with senior
leadership to support and shape our people strategy by translating business
goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
Acts as
change agent to business through process design and approaches that support
change and transformation.
Drive and
support HR people processes including reward & recognition, performance
management, goal setting, promotion decisions and compensation design/planning
in collaboration with COEs.
Should have 12+
years of experience in progressive Human Resource roles.
Great
project management and execution skills.
Ability to
develop strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, COEs, and offshore
partners.
Experience
supporting contact centers a plus
