Candidate must have 5+years
of experience in end-to-end recruitment process specially in Contact center
Stakeholder management and
maintaining daily dashboards vendor performance trackers
Expertise in managing and
maintaining source mix to hire
Responsible to generate
Footfall and select conversion
Managing vendor network and
ensure outcome to volume hiring
Prefer people from contact center industry and managed voice ops skill
Flexible to travel within Mumbai and outside
