Job description
Job title-Superannuation-Delivery lead-AGM/AVP-Pune/Mumbai
Candidate Expectation
Minimum 14+ years of experience into operations in
various superannuation processes/functions
Deep Understanding of Superannuation end to end
life cycle/lines of business from On-boarding till Payments Out/Claims
Maintains and applies intermediate knowledge of all
business and superannuation industry practices, and adheres to established
Service Level Objectives
Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and
processes, products, services and related regulations
At least 8 - 10 years of team management experience
Should have handled team of 200+ FTEs
Should have managed a client-facing role
Ownership of
Superannuation processes across all operational locations
Responsible for creating and submitting solutions
for any customer ask including any new business opportunity
Focused SLA management as per contractual
requirement and governance across different Insurance and Wealth Management
processes
performance in line with Unit target across
Financial, Customer, Delivery, team and Project Management
Responsible for P&L for the LOB across all
operational locations
Handhold and manage team across diverse situations
and Geographies
Ensure optimum utilization of resources within the
team.
Should be
Flexible with shifts.
