Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on job fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
-
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in non-IT hiring preferred)

Familiarity with job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and recruitment tools
