Job description
Preferred experience for the role:
Preferred minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with Agile or Lean methodologies and experience in P&C insurance
Preferred Educational Qualification for the role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

Aptitude to multi-task and coordinate with others to deliver commitments with quality on schedule.
Ability to conduct technical and analytical discussions with project teams and management.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office products and experience putting together presentations that tell result-focused stories via written analysis, charts/graphs, and other visuals.
In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles.
Expertise in documenting software and business requirements Ability to manage and track a high volume of tickets spanning multiple projects in Jira.
Proficiency with process mapping, wire-framing, and visualization tools.
Experience with feature testing, including plan creation.
