Job Title:
AM - HR Business Partner

Job Overview:
As a strategic HR Business Partner, this role will support designated Business Function(s) in achieving their Vision and Mission by designing and driving People strategies. The role focuses on holistic HR generalist responsibilities such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Induction, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and enhancing People Productivity, contributing to a Great Place to Work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
  1. Act as strategic HR partner for assigned Business Function(s)
  2. Participate in functional planning & reviews to provide HR perspective
  3. Facilitate and cascade Vision/Mission into individual goals
  4. Train line managers on people management
Employee Engagement & Communication
  1. Understand and address employee concerns
  2. Facilitate communication forums: Skip Levels, Open Houses, Exit Interviews
  3. Drive employee retention, engagement, and team effectiveness
  4. Implement “Fun at Work” initiatives
  5. Drive initiatives on capability building, manpower planning, job evaluation, and org restructuring
  6. Support improvement of manpower productivity indices

Talent Acquisition
  1. Drive recruitment to elevate quality of hires
  2. Execute campus hiring from premier institutes
  3. Promote Internal Job Postings (IJP) and build leadership pipeline
  4. Ensure high-quality onboarding and induction
Learning & Development
  1. Conduct training needs identification based on role competencies
  2. Drive technical and behavioral skill-building initiatives
  3. Facilitate cross-functional/multi-skilling
