Job description
Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Supervise order processing, invoicing, and resolution of customer queries.
Manage escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Monitor and ensure quality standards in accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Guide the team in using ERP and CRM systems effectively.
