Job description
Job Title: Offshore Backend Developer - Contract Hiring
Candidate Specification: Minimum 6 to 12 Years of Experience.
Job Description:
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using cloud-native patterns.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (scrum/sprint planning).
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for CI/CD and automated testing.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and security best practices.
