18+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 8–10 years in designing or managing HR solutions.
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes including payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance.
Experience in leading transformation programs in HR operations or shared services environments.
Develop tailored solutions for complex HR challenges across various industries and geographies.
Lead responses for business opportunities including solution design, effort estimation, and presentations.
Exposure to global HR delivery models and regional labor law knowledge.
Stay updated on emerging HR technologies, trends, and best practices to bring innovation into solutions.
Ensure delivery of high-quality HR services with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
