Job description

Must have 5 + Years of experience
Must be able to provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH)
Should have hand-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, and customization management and support
Must be able to perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
Deliver post-production support/hypercare service
Create custom reports using Oracle tools
Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues
Manage incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges
Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests
