Job Title: Salesforce Support Engineer
Location: Chennai (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Description
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
  • Experience with Salesforce support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL and Apex debugging (reading logs, understanding error codes).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Familiarity with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with sandbox management and release processes.
  • Prior experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced environment.
