in a leadership, consulting, or pre?sales capacity.
Demonstrated success shaping complex, high?value engagements
that align design solutions with business goals.
Pre?sales UX solutioning, effort estimation, and bid support
Workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, co?creation,
innovation)
UX strategy, roadmapping, and storytelling for executive
audiences
Influence without authority; ability to raise organisational
design maturity
Working knowledge of AI/LLM use?cases and human?AI
interaction principles
