12+ years of Direct and oversee large-scale consulting
projects from planning to delivery.
Translate complex challenges into clear, strategic
recommendations.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and business
models to identify growth opportunities.
Improve and adapt consulting methods, tools, and delivery
approaches.
Monitor industry innovations and align offerings with
emerging technologies like automation and digital tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving
multiple moving parts.
Solid understanding of financial planning, resource use, and
project outcomes.
Experience in identifying new opportunities and driving
solution development.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
