Job description
Originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA,
USDA, jumbo).
Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to
facilitate smooth loan transactions.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory
requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of lending guidelines, mortgage
products, and regulatory requirements.
Track loan progress in the LOS (Loan Origination System) and
provide updates to all stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory
requirements (e.g., RESPA, TILA, ECOA).
Stay current on underwriting and compliance updates from,
FHA, VA, and USDA.
