The candidate should be handling a
team of 15-20 sales professionals spread across different verticals
Ø He/she should be able to lead/coach
and develop a team of sales professionals
Ø He/she should be able to set goals
and conduct performance reviews regularly
Ø Foster collaboration and ensure team
alignment with business goals
Ø He/she should oversee daily
operations to ensure deliverables are met
Ø
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and other performance
metrics; implement corrective actions as needed
Ø
Drive continuous process improvements and
standardization
