Job Title: Asst Manager / TL - International Chat Support - Gurugram
Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced professionals for International
Chat Support roles in the Retail domain. The role involves managing customer
interactions via chat, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction. Candidates must be open to working in rotational 24x7 shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
inbound and outbound customer chats for international retail clients
- Respond
to queries, complaints, returns, and product-related issues with speed and
accuracy
- Maintain
a positive, empathetic, and professional tone with customers at all times
- Document
customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate
with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure
adherence to service quality and performance metrics
Role Requirements:
- Strong
experience in International Chat Process
- Prior
experience in the Retail / E-commerce domain is mandatory
- Excellent
written English communication skills
- Ability
to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortable
working in 24x7 rotational shifts
