Job description
· Audit &
Compliance: Deep understanding of internal audit processes, compliance standards,
and risk management in delivery functions.
Technology Exposure: Hands-on experience
with CRM platforms, predominantly Salesforce (SFDC – approx. 80% coverage),
along with exposure to VIVA, Genesis, and Mulesoft.
Delivery Risk
Oversight: Ability to assess project delivery frameworks, identify operational
risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.
Ensuring
delivery-related compliance, identifying risk factors, and supporting
governance initiatives. |
