Determining training needs, identifying training gaps, & conducting programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing & implementing pre and post assessment tools

Identify opportunities & drive Training initiatives to improve SLAs / C Sat - Develop Program
