Job description
Customer Support Executive - Hindi
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Executive - Hindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and email.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
