Customer Support Executive - Telugu
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Telugu and experience in handling customer calls in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in Telugu, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
