Job description
Executive Customer Support - Malayalam
We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Support - Malayalam to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Malayalam, and have a strong background in customer support and service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work effectively in a voice process environment, handling high volumes of calls and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
Requirements
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field (Malayalam) .
- Excellent communication skills, in Malayalam both (Read and Speak).
- Proficiency in Malayalam, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
