Executive Customer Support - Malayalam

We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Support - Malayalam to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Malayalam, and have a strong background in customer support and service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work effectively in a voice process environment, handling high volumes of calls and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field (Malayalam) .
  • Excellent communication skills, in Malayalam both (Read and Speak).
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
