Job description
Supervise daily operations of individual and
group policy servicing teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance to
ensure SLA adherence.
Resolve escalated servicing issues and customer
complaints
Ensure team compliance with Hong Kong Insurance
Authority regulations.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance
reviews
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and
customer service departments.
Implement process improvements and automation
initiatives.
Train and mentor team members on policy
servicing procedures.
Review and approve complex policy transactions
and endorsements.
Prepare operational reports for management
review.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across
servicing platforms.
Support regulatory audits and internal
compliance checks.
