Job description
Experienced in International customer support with expertise
in email, phone, and chat support preferably from financial services.
Ability to understand customers’ challenges and provide a
solution adapted to their needs.
Analyse and evaluate users’ specific account setups and
previous interactions with Stripe to recommend solutions to their questions
that would best fit their needs.
Expertise in delivering conclusions from provided data and
resolve user issues within the initial contact.
Excellent listening, writing, verbal communications
requirement.
