Sr Manager & AVP - Reinsurance Marketing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager & AVP - Reinsurance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reinsurance Marketing, excellent client handling skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and present to clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective reinsurance marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present marketing reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to analyze data, create reports, and develop marketing materials.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Reinsurance Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance products and services.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present to clients and senior management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
