Sr. Manager/AVP - Corporate Insurance Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate insurance sales targets and grow the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients and stay ahead of the competition
• Manage a team of insurance sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, commercial insurance, and insurance broking
• Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
