Job description
Experience in commercial loan operations or credit/lending within
capital markets, investment banking & wholesale lending.
Supporting & managing loan lifecycle across individual portfolio.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of CRE, C&I, SBA &
Wholesale loans line of businesses.
Experienced in performing legal documentation review, structuring and
updating deal parameters on loan systems.
Knowledgeable and expert in loan operations activities including Deal
-Closing, Booking, Funding, Review, Servicing, and Secondary loan trading.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and real estate
laws.
