Job Overview: We
are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Catalog Management Specialist to join our fast-paced e-commerce
team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and
optimization of product data across multiple online platforms. You will be
responsible for managing large-scale product catalogs, enhancing content quality,
and driving visibility for global retail operations
Key Responsibilities:
Catalog & Product Data Management

Information Management (PIM) systems

SKU
creation and maintenance

Product
taxonomy and categorization
·
Data
cleansing and normalization
·
Catalog
audits and quality checks
E-commerce Optimization
·
SEO for
product listings (titles, descriptions, metadata)
·
Content
enrichment (images, videos, attributes)
·
Marketplace
compliance (Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, Shopify)
·
Localization
for international catalogs
·
Structured
data and schema markup (JSON-LD, schema.org)
Collaboration & Communication
·
Cross-functional
coordination with merchandising, marketing, and tech teams
·
Vendor
and supplier communication for product onboarding
·
SOP
documentation and process improvement
·
Project
management and deadline tracking
Skills & Attributes
·
Advanced
Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)

CMS and
ERP systems (Magento, SAP, Oracle)

visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Bulk
data uploads and template management

Basic
understanding of HTML/XML for catalog formatting

Night
shift with 5 days working.
