Job description
Provide
funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents
Ability to
review loan docs with accuracy and attention to detail to recognize
inconsistencies in loan file documents
Reviews and
prepares disclosures, including Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.
Collaboration with underwriters, appraisers, title
companies, and legal teams is essential to ensure seamless mortgage
transactions.
Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Conventional and
FHA/VA loan documentation, including closing and legal documents, disclosure
forms, credit and insurance documents, MDIA disclosure timing, APR regulations,
and TILA/RESPA Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) requirements
Review
signed closing packages for accuracy.
