MORGAGE CLOSING
Job description
Mortgage Closers review loan packages and create
the Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs).
They coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to
ensure an on-time closing and ensure data in the CD is correct.
Should have minimum 7 years of Mortgage Closing experience in
Conventional, FHA & VA loans (Government) products.
Completion of a loan closing certificate program preferred.
Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations.
Ensure future salability and quality control of residential mortgage
loans and refinances by adhering to all lender underwriting guidelines and
federal and state regulations
Examine and implement closing processes as required to maintain accurate
loan files, settlement statements, and closing documents.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
