Sourcing Operation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and terms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing needs
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement and sourcing activities
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in procurement, procurement and sourcing, and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software a plus
• Should be open to work with night shifts.
