Job Overview: We
are seeking dynamic and articulate professionals for our International Voice
Process team. This role involves handling customer interactions, requiring
excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
· Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
professionally
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and
policies
· Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
· Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when
necessary
· Maintain a calm and empathetic tone during challenging
interactions
· Meet or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first-call
resolution, and customer satisfaction
· Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to improve
performance
· Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
Skills & Attributes

Minimum 1 Year in BPO (Voice Process Preferred)

Fluent English proficiency with a neutral accent

Active listening to understand customer concerns clearly

Clear articulation and tone modulation for effective conversations
