Procurement Operations Analyst - Buyer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the PR/PO lifecycle.
• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the location of Chennai.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and transactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, source to pay, and purchase management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
