Candidate Specification - 8+ years in experience in product
management
·
8+ years of experience in product management,
product ownership, or business analysis.
·
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies,
backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
·
Strong experience in creating user stories,
acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
·
Excellent communication, stakeholder
management, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
.
·
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess
business processes, data quality, and user impact
.
·
Comfortable working in matrixed environments
with multiple stakeholders.
·
Prior experience in financial services, or
technology platforms preferred
·
Exposure to compliance, financial services
·
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure
DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
·
Good to have Certifications such as CSPO,
PMI-PBA, CBAP, or SAFe PO
B Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT,
Finance, or related field.
