Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls inbound and outbound professionally and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information about products services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Meet, exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Prior experience in a BPO and Call Center or voice support role.

Must have skill set

Looking for candidates with International Voice Process / Call Center Operations skills 
Should have experience coming from customer Service Space - Voice Process 
Candidate with the discipline of 10+2+3 - mandatory
