Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Qualified CA or MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
