Job Title: Business Development Manager - Sales
Location: Delhi
 
 
Candidate Specifications:
Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in business development in Freight Forwarding.
Good analytical back ground,
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Structured, systematic working style
 
Job Description:
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers through periodic visits while ensuring
regular bookings from them
Addressing Customer Complaints and support towards fixing the issues.
Cross selling additional product and services to existing customers.
Specialization in our key focus verticals i.e  Pharma/Perishable/Automotive/ Luxury Brands.
Conduct market research and gather market intelligence
Leadership and management skills being a Managerial position
Positive attitude and keen to learn in a changing business environment
Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
Knowledge of Word and Excel.
Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards.
Knowledge of Indian Customs Regulations and Tariff Schedule.
Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval.
Ability to deal with internal and external customers
