Must have experience in BPO Industry.
Must be with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma
methodology.
Preferably in core exposure in Transformation into Asset management
or Life & annuity Insurance domain
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies and
have appropriate levels of certification for the
role.
Must have undergone transformation, Re engineering.
Must be Green Belt / Black Belt certification.
