Site Engineer - Construction

Responsibilities

• Execute construction projects in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE) or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction project execution, site supervision, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
