Job Description:
Must have 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements, skills, and business needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social
media, employee referrals, and headhunting
Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication
between candidates and panels
Drive the selection process, including salary negotiation
and offer rollout
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring
and niche IT skills
Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire,
candidate experience)
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and
competitor hiring strategies
