Job description
2.5 –5 years of
experience in technical support or operations with exposure to cloud
technologies.
Hands-on
experience with web protocols (HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS), APIs, SQL, and system
administration.
Proficiency
with log analysis, troubleshooting, and email delivery mechanisms.
Exposure to
scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML).
Preferred
certifications: CompTIA Network+/Security+/Linux+, Microsoft Azure
Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Certified – Associate Cloud Engineer.
Strong
problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Flexibility to
work in rotational and night shifts.
