BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES
Job description
Requires
strong business analysis skills, a passion for technology, and a structured
approach to delivery in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsible for managing
the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including process analysis,
solution design, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and execution
oversight.
Identify, assess, and
prioritize business processes for automation through workshops and stakeholder
interviews.
Prepare detailed
documentation including process maps (using tools like Visio), BRDs, FRDs, test
cases, and UAT reports.
Responsible
for solutioning and sales support – response to RFXs, creation of collaterals
and digital commercials
Work
with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and
operationalize solutions in emerging spaces.
Must have skill set
Proven experience in business analysis and
documentation.
Financial
Service expertise in areas of Retail and Commercial banking (Mortgage, Lending,
Cards, Fraud, Payments, Capital markets, Wealth).
Strong knowledge of automation technologies (e.g.,
RPA, AI, BPM tools) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or
Agile Delivery (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Strong consulting skills
and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies.
Experience in Digital Transformation
