Job description
Job Title – Team Lead
/Assistant Manager - GWS Trainer
Location - Chennai /
Indore
Candidate should have 4- 10 of relevant experience.
Experience in using and
navigating learning platforms for user management, content administration, and
reporting.
Meticulous in managing program
details, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
Identifying and resolving
logistical or administrative challenges that may arise during program delivery.
Key roles and responsibility:
Plan and schedule training
sessions focused on technical incident ownership, resolution, and communication
skills, including room bookings and virtual meeting setup.
Coordinate all logistical arrangements for technical training delivery, ensuring necessary resources and tools are available.
Manage the distribution of technical training materials and access credentials to participants.

Manage logistical aspects of
technical onboarding, including system access and introductions to relevant
teams.
Create and manage user account access on learning platforms relevant to technical training programs. Troubleshoot user access issues.
Track participant attendance and progress in technical training and onboarding programs.
Gather and analyze training data related to technical programs (participation, feedback, assessment scores).
Generate reports on the effectiveness of technical training and its impact on key metrics (e.g., time to proficiency in incident resolution).
Analyze feedback and performance data to identify specific training gaps related to technical incident management and develop targeted interventions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training programs and identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization of content and delivery.
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal knowledge bases and training resources based on program feedback and evolving needs.
