Lead/Assistant Manager – GWS Tech
Candidate
Specification& Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should
have 2 - 4
years of experience in technical trouble shooting (Preferably TAC support) for
Google Workspace (GWS).
Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.
Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred
Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).
Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).
Should be flexible to work in shifts as per client requirement.
