Quality Head - Construction

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management best practices.
• Develop and implement defect management strategies to minimize defects and improve overall quality.

Requirements

• B. Tech or BE Civil degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management, defect management, and QA & QC.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
